Lilay Yuzgulen is a creative director based in Amsterdam, specializing in the development of distinctive brand identities through a strategic and thoughtful approach, with a strong emphasis on visual direction.

Since January 2024, she has held the position of Creative Director at Marie-Stella-Maris, where she leads a team and collaborates with diverse stakeholders and creative freelancers to develop all creative concepts and campaigns while ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels. With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to tell impactful brand stories, she focuses on building cohesive and distinctive brand identities that resonate authentically with audiences.

Believing that authenticity is key in creative work, she values collaboration and lets her work speak for itself. Prior to this role, Lilay worked as a freelance art/image director for a diverse range of clients, including Tommy Hilfiger, Bijenkorf, Harper’s Bazaar NL x Chanel, Maybelline, ELLE Eten, ELLE Decoration, GAUGE81, Cosmopolitan, Rosefield, and Wehkamp. She graduated in 2015 with a degree in advertising and art direction from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
